Summer Ravelry Roundup

The Autumn equinox has passed and it’s officially Autumn but there are few signs of the season in the UK. The leaves on most trees are still green and we are experiencing an Indian Summer this week. So I thought, as I sat in the garden listening to bird song and looking at the perfectly blue sky, maybe it’s not too late to do a Summer Ravelry Roundup and share my favourite yarny things from the last season.
Favourite Patterns on Ravelry
This summery Lounging Top by Madelinetosh Shop is so pretty! I love the yarn they have used too. I love that it looks so simple, sometimes stockinette stitch is the best way to go. I don’t know what the actual pattern is like but the design of this piece really caught my eye. It would be perfect for next summer!
I also love these pretty Daisy Drop Earrings by Aoibhe Ni Website. Daisies are perfect for summer and I think these would actually look really nice with the lounging top! I haven’t tried crocheting jewellery before but I would definitely like to and this free pattern is sitting in my favourites ready for that day.
My Summer Crochet Pattern
That’s all for this Ravelry Roundup. I’m looking forward to Autumn setting in and all the warm, cosy, Autumnal knitting and crocheting opportunities to come!
