I posted this blog post yesterday as a way to use Story Pins for your business. Well, today Pinterest changed the name to Idea Pins and rolled it out for everyone! So this is my updated blog post. There are lots of new features on Idea Pins that I haven’t tried yet so I may do a Part 2 sometime. In this blog post I will tell you my experience of using Idea Pins for my business so far and why there are benefits to using them.
I released the Flame Ear Warmer over a year ago and now it’s available for free on my blog! This ear warmer was inspired by the colours of flames. I used a crochet stitch called spike stitch. To give the effect of little flames I turned the whole project upside down so that the spike stitches point upwards instead of down.
The Geometric Headband is a simple, pretty headband. This is a free crochet pattern on my blog. The pattern uses simple crochet stitches in a unique way to make a comfortable headband that isn’t constricting on your head. Perfect for hot, summer days when you want your hair out of your face!
